#Eatingout is NOT an excuse to destroy your diet! Sure, a good cheat meal every now and then (once every one or two weeks) may do your leptin levels a bit of good, but not all restaurant food is complete crap! Most establishments have at least SOMETHING fair on the menu. If not, just go somewhere else.
