  5. Both women and men can benefit from getting moderate exercise and managing their stress. Exercising helps everyone to manage stress levels. Talking to a licensed counselor may help with coping strategies. Trying yoga, meditation, or massage may help reduce stress. Taking some time to relax will help.

The most important consideration in getting pregnant may be having a supportive partner. Both partners must be in favor of and committed to the pregnancy.
