Step #3:  Schedule a Re-evaluation

Once you have your custom orthotics, keep in mind that it can take up to as long as 30 days for you to get used to having them in your shoes all the time.  If during this time you feel that you need a follow up visit, or just to simply get your feet checked to make sure that the problem has been corrected, you will want to do so.  And if any changes are required at your follow up appointment, they are going to be done right there on the spot.
