The truth is that there are plenty of ways of keeping yourself motivated, and it’s actually easier than you think to do so, but you do need to think about it to make sure that you are doing it right. Keep The Rewards Coming
One of the biggest and easiest ways to remain motivated is to make sure that you are not making it all a thankless task. What the reward is is up to you, but it is probably a good idea to keep those which centre around food relatively limited. Some of the best reward ideas are those which you can actually use in your fitness programme in some way, such as a pair of cheap Air Jordans or a fitbit. But even just allowing yourself the occasional luxury can help, and it absolutely makes it much more of an enjoyable and worthwhile experience on the whole as well.
