I had to explain myself a bit for being spotty with my vlogging this week: it has been a crazy week of wedding preparation and I have found myself wasting a lot of time by having to drive in my vehicle. In addition to my rant, I discuss performing overhead presses, and I perform the cable chest fly movement on the Bowflex power pro machine.

See also Here it is Thursday night and I am already having visions of the Saturday feast. Who else is having cheat meal cravings a little early this week? I find it helpful that whenever the carb cravings come on to load up on a little extra fat to feel full and to satisfy hunger. This is been accomplished with additional whole eggs and also natural peanut butter. It does not take away the excitement for protein oats and cereal however on Saturday!
