By fitting some workout bands to your walls, then you have a tool that can contribute to an even greater diversity of exercises. You don’t necessarily need a huge arsenal to give yourself the whole body workout you want.

You don’t have to go all out taking up all your living space or buying tons upon tons of equipment. A cardio device or two, a few essential weights and knowledge on bodyweight exercises will keep anyone hitting their fitness goals.
