It’s down to the adrenaline constantly pumping in your body due to the excessive exercise. Therefore, for the sake of your health, you need to cut down on your exercise. That way, you can ensure you manage to get to sleep quickly at night!
You will be at higher risk of depression
And it’s not just your physical health which is in jeopardy if you exercise too much. Your mental health can also be in trouble too. For one thing, you might feel more tired so you might be more irritable during the day. And when you exercise too much, you are at risk of depression as your mood will be low. Therefore, you need to cut back on your exercise so that you are a happier and healthier you!
