You need to do wall push-ups at least 2 times a day. This exercise can be done while facing a wall with your hands on the wall and your feet shoulder-width apart. While being in this same condition, slowly start to perform a push-up and try to repeat this at least five times.

  • Shoulder Press-ups

Sit straight in a chair with armrest, and your feet touching the floor and then use your arms to gradually climb off the chair. Hold for a count of five and then repeat it at least 5 times. Perform this exercise twice a day to make your muscles healthier.

Shoulder injuries are not given much importance due to which it sometimes converts into several major serious injuries. You should always look after your injuries and never ignore them, as a minor injury can sometimes become very painful.
