However, physiotherapy can help in providing a better quality of life and can help in keeping the patient active for a longer span of time.
  • Paralysis: A cardiac arrest or a cerebral attack can make a patient paralytic; physiotherapist works on the unaffected muscles of the body so that blood circulation can improve and body can become relaxed. This in turn can help the patient to perform certain activities and can also slow down the progress of paralysis.
