Between those oh-so-tempting fast food on campus, unbalanced sleep pattern, stress, and limited finances, it can be too easy for you to either pack on the pounds or lose most of your weight.

Pay attention to your diet

Stay hydrated

Water is essential for your body to function properly. Drink enough water to stay hydrated and energized throughout the day.  It not only helps in processing your calories but also replenishes your body and keeps you away from fatigue. You can try adding fresh mint, orange, berries, or other fruits for flavor.
