You may be very careful about what you put in your body. However, there are chemicals and toxins in each of us. They are in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, and the products we use to wash our hair and clothing. It is these unhealthy chemicals that we are detoxing out of our bodies. Are you thinking that this is not necessary? Read on.
Detox is built into the human body.
The human body is a detox machine. Our lungs, kidneys, liver, and skin are all part of the wonderful detox machine that takes chemicals and toxins out of our bodies. The air we breathe expels C02. Our liver filters our blood to rid our body of impurities and metals that deposit in us. The skin detoxes the body with sweat that helps clean and cools the body. These super organs work very hard, but sometimes they need a bit of a boost. With industry and technology, our planet is more polluted than ever and we carry that pollution with us. Essential oils take natural trees, plants, and flowers and presses and process a concentrated form of the gifts of these plants. They are proven healers of the mind and body and they assist our bodies in doing what it does naturally.
In this article, we will tell you how to use four essential oils to help cleanse your body and allow your body to do what it is created to do.
Note: You are not just using these essential oils for a room freshener, you are using them as a healthy method to cleanse your internal structure. It is not just about the scent of the oils, it’s also about purest quality oil.
