How to use it

Add two drops of Lemon Essential oil in 8-ounces of distilled water and drink. Repeat three times each day. Add 2-3 drops to your Essential Oil diffuser to mist the air. If you are going to be on the move and away from your diffuser for extended periods of time mix 2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil with your favorite carrier oil, such as coconut or almond oil. Rub the oil on your wrists and neck.

Use 2-3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to your diffuser and inhale as the scent travels in the room.

Note: Peppermint oil is strong. Some people can apply it to their skin when mixed with a carrier oil, and others complain of a burning sensation. Test it on your skin before you rub it to your wrists.

Method three – Tea Tree Essential Oil

If you are a lover of essential oils, this one will be one of your favorites. Tea Tree Essential Oil is an antibiotic and antifungal. How to use it

You should add 2-3 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil to 8-ounces of distilled water. Unlike the other oils on our list, only drink this once per day. You should also use Tea Tree Essential Oil in your diffuser. Rub a drop or two of this product on sore joints and muscles. Tea Tree Essential Oil does not need to be directly on a cut to work. It is absorbed through the skin.

Ginger Essential Oil

Ginger is an anti-fungal and a champion for stomach upset. Ginger has been used for thousands of years by our ancestors. It is still popular and useful today.

How to use it

Ginger works well topically. Add 2-3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil into a warm bath and soak. As without other essential oils, it is absorbed through the skin. Ginger can be rubbed directly onto the stomach for nausea and it will assist in your detoxing program.
