All different types of berries can be a great addition to your diet. They are packed with nutrients that are good for the body and can boost hair growth too. As if sweet potatoes could get any better, they can help if you are looking to give your hair a boost and prevent hair loss. These potatoes contain beta-carotene which is said to help promote hair growth and not only this but helps to enhance the production of sebum, which we have mentioned previously, to keep your scalp hydrated.

You may be wondering how you can get seeds into your diet but eating a handful of pumpkin seeds as a snack or adding flax seeds to your morning porridge means that you can get your daily dose of essential vitamins and minerals easily! If you are experiencing hair loss, you should try and implement seeds into your diet as they feature some of the most important vitamins to boost your hair growth.
7.Bell peppers
Another food that you can add to your diet for a dose of antioxidants is peppers. Bell peppers can be added to pasta, stir fries, or even eaten raw as a snack so you can help your hair protect itself from the damage of free radicals. Not only do they help with the growth of follicles, but red meat also contains high levels of protein, zinc, and iron, which we have learned are all key to the production of hair.
