Urinary incontinence is a problem which can affect woman at any age for several reasons.     Urinary incontinence panties are highly popular worldwide for the ease of use and their reusability, and designs. They look like normal regular panties, but are made of materials that are capable of absorbing urine, and can absorb up to 10 ounces of liquid in a day. They are a good means to keep you dry and fresh through the day with instant absorbing power. Their waterproof lining outside, would not let the wetness come out and soak your clothes. The best part of using them is that, they can be washed, dried, and then reused like normal panties. However one has to be careful in washing them well and ensure that and it is germ free to avoid any infections.

  3. Disposable Panties:

These are safe and hygienic and the chances of infection are less as they are disposable.
  4. Protective Underpads:
    Protective underpads can soak a lot of urine and are normally meant for use on beds and chairs, while the person is lying or sitting. These rectangular sheets of absorbent material consist of one absorbent side, and another water proof side. The water proof side locks in the moisture and protects the mattress and sheets etc below. The absorbent side absorbs the wetness and locks it in till the pads are saturated. These types of underpads are available as reusable and disposable types, which are made of different absorbent materials depending on which the absorption capacity of the pads differs.

Plastic Pants:
For mild incontinence, plastic pants are cheap and easy option. They can be worn over a normal underpant, and the plastic will lock in the wetness, while you may feel the discomfort if you leak too much of urine. Hence their use depends on whether the quantity and frequency of the urine leak.
