READ  Hi carb, hi protein cheat day. Fats are nearly non-existent today and tomorrow as the other five days of the week are higher fat, hi protein, and lower carb. This meal was the top sirloin beef enchiladas at Chilis. I had them hold the cheese and sour cream, so this dish consisted of: 3 tortillas, sirloin beef tips, verde salsa, black beans, and rice. A wonderful cheat meal that I finished and enjoyed every bite of.
