Always be ready with meals, with activity, and with supplementation. Here we have fish oil for fatty acids Monday through Friday (weekends are all carbs and protein and weekdays are all fat and protein), vitamin d, and multi-vitamins (yes, I take four a day: 10 hours of work, 1 hour of weights, and two thirty minute cardio sessions are extremely demanding on the body and taxing on the adrenal glands).
