Here it is Thursday night and I am already having visions of the Saturday feast. Who else is having cheat meal cravings a little early this week? I find it helpful that whenever the carb cravings come on to load up on a little extra fat to feel full and to satisfy hunger. This is been accomplished with additional whole eggs and also natural peanut butter. It does not take away the excitement for protein oats and cereal however on Saturday! Less than two days til the weekend and I can hardly control my excitement or appetite! Yum. #proteinoats #heandshefitness #cheatmeal #weekendcheatmeal #cerealcravings

I know it’s not a #tbt , but I had to post this little bit of broccoli #veganhumor anyway since I know how it can be. Sometimes the best way to track your fitness progress is by using the mirror on a day-to-day basis.
