@SHEfitness abs are starting to pop out. Just a few more weeks and the cutting will be completely finished, although diets will probably stay fairly lean during the summer months. Hard work, consistency, and patience definitely do pay off. Just a few weeks on her shortcut to shred diet and the abs are already popping out very nicely.
