You might not be sure how to go about it and you may be about to make a few mistakes that can really set you back. Figure out your goals

But it’s a better idea to go to where people are already pushing themselves. For instance, join a sporting team and figure out how your teammates train. Avoiding past mistakes

If you don’t take care of yourself, you can cause real damage.
