It’s Wednesday: dead in the middle of the week. I thought this was quite representative of how we can feel our progress is going sometimes. There are times where the weight of the workload seems overwhelming: like it will never come to an end. In fitness as in life, projects and goals and weights and pounds come #onepoundatatime – sure you can plan ahead and set goals to get there, but nothing will be accomplished without first accomplishing what comes before it…and nothing will be accomplished through shortcuts.
