Here is an example of a cheat meal that we ate a couple weeks back at Long John Silvers. We typically do not eat meat on Fridays during Lent so choices are limited to a fish fry, Long John Silvers, or tilapia at home. Since tilapia can get old, we chose the Long John Silvers and were still able to keep the meal around relatively 600 calories. Here is baked cod, Green beans, baked potato, rice, and two hush puppies. You can still eat out at one of the worst places in town and find a way to make it healthy.
